Capital Penguins Inline Hockey Club is a friendly and family-oriented club that has had success at all levels of the game. We welcome new players of all ages and abilities.
Our Seniors are known for playing hard but playing fair, with grades available for social players, competitive A-grade players and Prems.
NZ's Most Successful PREMS Team
The Prems are the top-tier grade - the best of the best.
Capital Penguins Prems have won the last 7 national titles in a row and are the most successful Prems team in the history of the sport in NZ.
Competitive Senior A
The Capital Penguins competive-grade Senior A team has been a fixture in the New Zealand inline hockey scene since the start, with a strong history in the sport.
Winners of the 2022 Bauer Cup and various other tournaments in recent years, the Senior A's compete strongly nationally and locally.
SenioR Social Teams
Capital Penguins have a strong Senior B (Social) squad, currently featuring two full teams in the local conference league.
Senior B level is perfect for senior (16+) players young and old and our players have a great time playing the sport they love.
